The problem

Ljungdalen has no central digital hub. Information is scattered across Facebook groups, PDF flyers and word-of-mouth. Visitors and new residents have no reliable single source of truth for what's happening in the village.

What I built

  • ✓Clean, accessible design that works for all age groups — from tourists to elderly locals
  • ✓Event calendar with local activities and seasonal highlights
  • ✓Directory of local businesses and services
  • ✓Multilingual content (Swedish / English) for both locals and visitors
  • ✓EU-first infrastructure on Hetzner — hosted in Sweden's backyard
