The problem

You don't know what you can make with what's in the fridge. Existing apps give static recipes without context. ChefMate looks at what you actually have and generates something creative.

What I built

  • ✓Flutter clean architecture — Riverpod for state management, GoRouter for navigation, Hive for local storage
  • ✓Camera and gallery integration for ingredient recognition
  • ✓Claude Vision API analyses photos and identifies ingredients
  • ✓Recipe generator on three levels: basic / medium / luxury
  • ✓Local recipe book — save and revisit favourites without an internet connection

Result

V1 in development. Core flow (photo → recipe) functional. V2 will add multi-source import and shopping list.
